If you haven't already, it is best to contact me to set up a meeting time to discuss the details of your event and your order. Here are some things you should know and be prepared for before that meeting:

Wedding Related Orders

To our meeting, please bring one sample invitation for style and color purposes, and your envelopes. A printed copy of your guest list is not necessary if you can email it to me ahead of time.

Compile your address list:

• Double check all the spelling
• Check for any etiquette rules that you may need to follow. (I can help if you have any questions)
• Spell out things like "Street" "Avenue" etc.
• Decide where you would like to put apartment and unit numbers- on their own line or abbreviated next to the address
• Type out the list - preferably in a Word document (excel spreadsheets can be helpful at a quick glance, but are not ideal when the addresses are being carefully hand written) Please use the following format:

Courtesy Title/ First Name/ Last Name

Address

Address 2nd Line (when needed)

City, State, Zip (place all on one line)

Inside Envelope 1st line

Inside Envelope 2nd line (when needed)

Inside Envelope 3rd line (when needed)

Place cards and Table cards

• Spell out the names as you would like them to appear on the cards
• Please allow the same two week time frame if possible
• Specify how the table number should be written: "Table 12" or "Twelve"

Order Completion

An order typically takes two weeks to complete unless otherwise specified.  We will meet again to review the final product together.  Payment is due in full at this time.
